ORDER:

1. In  the  circumstances  reported  by  the  Managing   Director,  A.P.State  CoOperative  Marketing  Federation  Ltd.,  Vijayawada  in  the  reference  read  above,  and  after  careful  examination  of  the  matter,  the  Government  hereby  nominate  the  A.P.State  Co-Operative  Marketing  Federation  Ltd.,  Vijayawada,  as  the  State  Level  Nodal  agency  on  behalf  of  Central  Government  Agencies  for  the   procurement   of  maize  during   Kharif  Marketing  Season  2024  under  the  Price  Support  Scheme  (PSS)  guidelines  issued  by  the  Government  of  India.  The  procurement  will  be  carried out through CMAPP by the District level procurement committees (DLPCs)  headed  by  the  Joint  Collectors  at  the  District  level,   following   the  prevailing  modalities .
2. The  Managing   Director,  A.P.State  Co-Operative  Marketing  Federation  Ltd.,  Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
