ORDER: 

1. In the circumstances stated in the reference read above, Government  after  careful  examination  of  the  matter,  hereby  appoint  Sri  Savala  Devadath, Thiruvuru constituency as Chairman of AP State Organic Product  Certification Authority, Guntur, for a period of two (2) Years. 
2. The  Director,  Andhra  Pradesh  State  Organic  Product  Certification  Authority shall take immediate necessary action in the matter.
